Important Information Before You Begin-
- In order for NCHU to continue their mission all the questions on the top portion of this form is required, for proper assistance.
- The safety of our dedicated NCHU volunteer team, here to help our community, is highly important to use. Please be considerate and let us know if there are animals we need to be aware of prior to delivery.
- If you have a locked gate for entry or an enclosed yard we ask that you meet us at your gate entry for precautionary measures.
- If you have limitations and are unable to meet us at your gate entry please let us know in the comment section and we will contact you for further instructions for accommodations.
- The Standard Food Items list does vary. We can not guarantee all the items chosen or listed will be packed in you Community Connection Food Box and not all items on the list are always available as we are currently limited on food supply. As we continue working hard to pull in more resources our list of commodity will growing. Until that time we will do our very best to The Standard Food Item give you the freedom to choose what food items you would like packed in your Community Connect ion
NCHU is here to help fight hunger by reaching out to those most vulnerable to suffering from food insecurity and lack transportation needed to get to food banks for assistance. We ask if you have the means to get to food banks please be considerate and visit our local partnered agencies as they work hard to keep their shelves stocked so they can help feed those in need who are able to get to them for assistance. -Thank You
