Please read the following prior to applying with Elfs-R-Us Toy DIstribution Campaign 2025

• We are committed to doing our very best to meet your requested needs of your family. Distribution of gifts are not a guarantee as we are limited on funding and donations at this time.  We suggest offering a variety of gifts of interest and what your child/children ages 0-12 want for christmas. Please remember gifted donations tend to range between $10-$20 when received from our communities. Our goal is to attempt to offer two gifts per child depending on volume of gifts recieved will depend on amount distributed. 

• NorCal Hope United is a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)3 that solely depends on public and other charity based service providers for donations and funding. Elfs-R-Us Toy DIstribution is designed to help support families in need within Butte County, CA., who face financial hardship during the holiday season and seek assistance in our community to help gift toys to their children, who potentially may receive nothing
• Please be advised we can only offer what we receive we are unable to gift the following items: No video games, clothing, gift cards, or items such as bikes will be distributed.  
  
  Elfs-R-Us cannot deliver gifts. If you are not able to travel to the toy distribution site assigned to you, than Applicant's should seek alternative means of support. We cannot offer a service to some but not all of our applicants. We understand traveling can be tricky during the sign-up and toy distribution pick-up process. We do our best to set up site locations in the area(s) of greatest need, in our community. Remember to check your email and save the date on pickup location dates and time!
  
  * Our campaign will begin processing applications in November 2025. In some cases, additional verification of eligibility will be required prior to approval.
  
  * Selected information from our family applications will be shared with our partner Agency, solely for the purposes of checking for duplicate toy requests. A family can receive support from Elfs-R-Us directly from our campaign, or through another partner Agency, but not both. 

• If you don't receive an email confirmation within 2-4 days after applying for gifts assistance First check your spam/junk inbox. If not received then go to www.nchugomobile.org and choose CONTACT US from the menu. Fill out the contact us information and remember to add the exact email you used during your application process. Allow up to 48-hours for a response. If we cannot find your application, it means we didn’t receive it, and you’ll need to re-submit.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: Some email providers such as Yahoo seem to send  emails to spam. It is recommended you apply from a different email provider. No matter what provider you use, if you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your application, we do not have it, and you must re-enter it. If it is in your spam folder, flag the message as Not Spam so you see our follow up messages you need to respond to.
