  2. ALL FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS WILL BE POSTED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE ON OUR WEBSITE, FACEBOOK PAGE, AND INSTAGRAM. WE KNOW THIS IS SHORT NOTICE, BUT OUR FOOD SUPPLY IS CURRENTLY LIMITED. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
  3. The safety of our NCHU volunteer team, dedicated to helping our community, is very important to us. Please inform us of any animals we should be aware of before delivery.
  4. If you have a locked gate for entry or an enclosed yard we ask that you meet us at your gate entry for precautionary measures.
  5. If you have limitations preventing you from meeting us at the gate, please inform us in the comments, and we will reach out for accommodation instructions.
  6. The list of Standard Food Items varies. We cannot guarantee that all chosen or listed items will be included in your Community Connection food box, as availability is currently limited. We are working to increase resources, and our commodity list will grow. In the meantime, we will do our best to deliver what is available to you.
  7. The Standard Food Items list allows you to select which foods you'd like in your Community Connect food box. This helps us identify frequently needed items and reduces food waste.
  8. Please feel free to share specifics about the food items list. (For example, is there a ground meat you dislike? We provide what we receive each week, and it varies.) Leave a comment if you have favorites or dislikes!
  9.  Please be patient with us on your delivery times, we are doing our best to get to you and sometimes do run a little behind BUT WE WILL BE THERE ASAP.
